Why I love what I am doing and how I can help you
Out of my own personal and professional experience as a certified home staging and redesigning stylist, I will be the first to admit that selling or buying a home is surely a stressful and emotional project. It will probably be one of the biggest transactions of your life!
The common goal with all homes of my clients is to create an inviting, comfortable and functional space, uniquely designed for homeowners yet
The biggest challenge for all my clients selling a home or wishing to redesigning lays in their difficulty to see their homes objectively from the eyes of visitors and this is where my expertise lies.
Career
Starting my career in hospitality management sales has truly been the best business school I could have asked for as it provided me with the most valuable skills: relationship building with my clients, taking the time to listen and identify my client’s needs and executing each task in a very organized and efficient manner.
I have been passionate about styling homes as long as I can remember and finally decided after having had 3 beautiful children to become an entrepreneur by launching Sophie Home Staging & Designs. I am a now a certified home staging and redesigning stylist from one of the best schools in Quebec, l’Academie Supérieur de Home Staging Limoges (https://www.formationhomestaging.com).
I strive to identify what will create that “wow factor” whether you are looking to sell your house or to live in and enjoy it. I will ask you the right questions to uncover your own personal style and help guide you through the process of designing your home. If are selling, I personalize my staging’s to what most buyers are looking for in your area.
When selling your home, I understand that letting go of our own personal styles and putting your trust in me is not easy but rest assured that I guide you through empathetic eyes and never judge! I take each step with all my clients and make sure they are comfortable and ready to invest their time and budget in the most efficient and profitable way
Continuously keeping myself up to date with styles and trends and taking trainings allow me to get you the most added value possible. I truly put as much effort and passion into everything as I would for my own home.
